JOR will systematically identify your total capabilities through the Assessment Process and the Occupational & Business Verification Process. Your total capabilities are comprised of your standard capabilities (25%) and your ultimate capabilities (75%). JOR will carefully analyze each of the components within your standard capabilities and ultimate capabilities in order to determine its appropriate applicability and full realization within the marketplace.

JOR will effectively earmark all your capabilities for utilization within the marketplace through the Market Orientation Process.

Through this process your entire professional market is identified and firmly expressed in the Assessment Results Report, which becomes your continuing career plan. The functions and industries identified for you are not only available but have also been found to be suitable for you by JOR. The functions are continuous, linked with each other and are progressive within your career or business - not static dead ends.

The Assessment Results Report will also provide you with the necessary directions and guidelines to appropriately prepare you for your entire professional market.

Report

In order to confirm your suitability for the functions and industries identified by JOR, you will complete an assigned report. This report ensures that your performance will meet all the requirements of the market and industries for the functions undertaken by you and you will make use of your full potential over time.

Recognition

JOR will ascertain that your total capabilities are completely recognized and understood for mutually beneficial utilization by the markets and industry.  JOR shall accomplish this through any of these methods:

• Analysis of your education and qualifications for better understanding to capture its marketable aspects and acceptance

• Whenever any portion of your total capabilities deserves formal recognition, JOR will utilize the services of PCT Skillset Center to obtain the necessary accreditation on your behalf through PCT’s Professional Recognition Program for entrepreneurs and professionals. This allows appropriate utilization of your ultimate capabilities such as hidden potential, inner strength and personal qualities identified by JOR through the Assessment Process and the Occupational & Business Verification process

• Evaluation of your education and qualifications by external agencies or institutions wherever found necessary

	The PCT Professional Recognition Program certifies individuals who have mastery-level performance abilities within their fields of activities. The recognition criteria are developed with input from the markets and educational institutions worldwide as endorsed by Professional
Career Training Skillset Center (PCT Skillset Center).  This provides a valuable industry recognized credential - proof that the participants have the capabilities required to perform the functions adequately.
